This side of recruitment is more fast-paced and so the potential to earn good commission continuously is a lot greater. They work in both the UK and US markets, so you have a broad array of clients to work with in the tech space. They are arranging a cohort of 3 new people to begin so that they can train them together in a hands-on and constructive environment. The Incentives:27k base salary with an increase to 32k after promotion Usual promotion within 6 months as it's target and performance based 40% commission structure on top of the base salary Hands-on training from the top billers who are billing 6 figures Holiday incentives 2x a year to places such as Mykonos, New York and Paris Rooftop bar for office parties Beer fridge for an early finish Thursdays Work from home at least once a week when promoted Casual dress Monthly socials with your team cocktail nights, restaurants and bottomless brunch The Job Role:Business development by headhunting your clients Researching the tech market and your space so that you can market-map and advise clients on hiring trends Sourcing the candidates your client is looking for through advertising, networking, social media and cold calling Organising their interviews and being the middleman between the client and candidate Negotiate contracts and make a placement The Ideal Candidate:Degree educated with a 2:1 or above Sales knowledge and experience with client-facing work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Competitive sports background Charismatic Approachable Financially driven Apply NOW and RULE RECRUITMENT will be in touch if you have been successful!
