You will be required to work with various internal and external stakeholders, to improve the overall customer experience and drive growth for Amazon Fashion.Key job responsibilities 事業戦略の立案 お客様の満足度を向上させるために、品揃え、価格、利便性、集客、商品情報の充実などをどのように実現していくのかの戦略を立案します。 新規取引先との強力なパートナーシップの確立 円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、メーカーなど新たにアマゾンにオンボードする取引先との強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても、戦略的判断と効果的な折衝・交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。 新規カテゴリー・ブランドの利益ある品揃え拡大と、売上及び利益管理 予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、リーダーシップ・関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当商品カテゴリーの品揃えならびに売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく成長戦略の立案、実施、改善 販売データ・市場領域分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善をリードして行います。 プロジェクトのリード、あるいは参画 全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトをリードする、あるいは参画し実績を残します。 ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー） 関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。 社内関連部署との連携 シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。A day in the life Amazonでは、家族と過ごす時間や、趣味に没頭するなど充実したプライベートの時間を大事にすることは、常にInnovativeであり続けるためにとても重要なことと考えます。Minimum Requirements 5+ years of business experience in difficult jobs (sales, buying, merchandising, consulting, etc.) Bachelor’s degree and above Customer Obsession: Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential. Communication skills: Ability to communicate smoothly within the team and with related departments. Execution and action: Ability to prioritize with a strong commitment to achieving goals. Negotiation: Ability to build trust and relationships with business partners. Planning skills: Ability to plan with ownership, including reviewing of processes. Problem Solving: Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders. English proficiency: Able to communicate regularly in writing and orally at a business level.
