We have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a Rehab Consultant to work for a private inpatient service based in Berkshire. This is a part-time role working alongside a dedicated specialty doctor covering up to 12 male rehab beds. Salary:£96,000 per annum Position:Rehab Consultant Hours:Part time – 22 hours per week Setting:12 male rehab beds (will also be some cross cover to 18 bed mixed acute ward) Location:Berkshire For this role, we’re looking for someone who is: Previous Consultant experience in a Rehab setting is essential You will fulfil the role of Responsible Clinician to patients You must hold a CCST/CCT or equivalent in the relevant areas of psychiatry and have experience of working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties Valid GMC registration Evidence of post registration continuing professional development Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice What benefits are on offer?
