As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You'll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, and support the clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, and play your part in creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.
