Multi Trader / Wet Room / Bathroom Fitter Location:Midlands Salary:£1,200-£1400 per Level Access Shower (LAS) Average Completion Time:6 Working Days Employment Type:Labour Only (Day Works & PAYE Opportunities Available) About the Role Our client, Grelson Ltd T/A Marlowe, is seeking an experienced Multi Trader with expertise in aids and adaptations and level access shower installations (wet rooms) to join their highly motivated team. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of a Level Access Adaptation, including but not limited to: Strip-Outs: Isolating hot and cold feedsRemoving existing bath, tiles, and flooringFirst Fix Plumbing: Routing existing pipework out of the wet areaRunning new cold feed to the showerWall Preparation & Studwork: Dry-lining or bonding walls for tilingConstructing studwork where required to house pipework and electricsTray & Flooring Installation:
