PermanentFull Time We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team to work across properties within East London. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, youll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include ground works and fencing, minor brickwork, tiling and plastering etc within a social housing setting. Youll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience. Within your duties there will also be rubbish collection from the installs that we do. About You Candidates will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or will hold a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent (or working towards). You will hold a CSCS cardBlue (or working towards) with excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties, youll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
