Conduct audits, inspections, and process checks in line with BRC and customer standards. Ensure all non-conformances are logged, investigated, and followed up appropriately. Support ongoing training and development of QA staff. Liaise with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues in real-time. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards. The Candidate The successful QA Supervisor is proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of food safety protocols. Previous experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing or fresh produce environment. Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities. Comfortable working across shifts and in chilled environments. Proficient in using quality management systems and reporting tools.
