Org, Team, and Role Scope: TheInformation Technology Group (ITG)supports all business functions by building efficiencies in processes and technology. TheIntegrations teamplays a crucial role in ensuring seamless data exchange across applications while managing system reliability and scalability. TheL3 Integrations Engineerwill be responsible for: Managing high-priority L3 integration issueswith minimal downtime. Designing and implementing robust integration solutionsthat align with business needs. Collaborating with the Center of Excellence (CoE) teamsto enhance integration frameworks. Participating in architectural discussions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The team is distributed acrossHyderabad, India, Scottsdale, AZ, and Waukesha, WIand consists ofintegration engineers, support associates, and developers working on strategic projects . Exposure to adiverse technology stack :Azure Stack, Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Databricks, SQL, Python, Shell Scripting, Workday, Salesforce, Upland PSA Strategic impacton integrations for key enterprise processes such asHire-to-Retire and Lead-to-Cash Collaborating with CoE teamsto define best practices for integrations and solution design Opportunity to lead L3 escalationsanddrive end-to-end integration improvements Working in anagile, high-speed environmentfocused on incremental innovation Current Technical Environment: Primary Applications:Workday HR, Workday Finance, Salesforce CRM, Upland PSA Integration & Data Stack:Workday Integrations (HCM, FMS, Studio, RaaS, template integrations), Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Event Grid, Event Hub, Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, Databricks, SQL, Python, Shell Script Development Frameworks:.NET, Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, ITIL, Agile, DevOps What you will do: L3 Support & Issue Resolution: Own and resolveL3 integration issues , ensuring minimal downtime and impact to business processes. Conductroot cause analysis (RCA)and implementlong-term fixesto prevent recurring issues. Work closely withsupport teams, developers, and CoE teamsto resolve complex integration challenges. Integration & Solution Design: Design, develop, and enhanceend-to-end integrationsbetweenWorkday HR, Workday Finance, Salesforce, Upland PSA, and other enterprise systems . Ensure integrationsalign with security, scalability, and compliancebest practices. Work ondata transformations, API design, and integration workflowsusingAzure Service Bus, Databricks, and Cosmos DB . Optimize existing integrations to improveperformance, monitoring, and reliability . Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner withbusiness stakeholders, CoE teams, and application ownersto understand integration needs and drive solutions. Establishintegration standards and best practicesfor system-to-system communication. Support theHire-to-Retire and Lead-to-Cash processesby ensuring smooth data flow between Workday, Salesforce, and financial systems. DevOps & Automation: Improvemonitoring and loggingof integrations for better observability. Work with DevOps teams to enhanceCI/CD pipelinesfor integration deployments. Automate repetitive tasks usingPython and Shell scripting . Who you are: Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experiencein enterprise integrations and application development. Expert in.NET, Azure Stack, Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL, Python, Logic Apps, Function Apps and Shell Scripting . Knowledge ofWorkday (HR & Finance), Salesforce, Upland PSA, and enterprise integration patterns . Experience inAPI development, data transformation, and real-time/event-driven integrations . Familiarity withDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams. Preferred: Experience working withAgile, ITIL, and ITAM frameworks . Knowledge ofDatabricks, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Stack Relevant certifications inAzure, Workday, or Salesforce integrations . Why Join Us? The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
