This is a permanent, full-time or part-time role.A dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager / Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor is required to join a small, family-owned business based in Northamptonshire. You will work within their existing sales team of approximately 13 people. Your role involves using your sales, customer service, and negotiating skills to grow revenue from various businesses. You will develop customer relationships with decision-makers at different levels, allowing you to understand their business and identify opportunities to sell advertising space, some of which will support educational establishments.Key Responsibilities:Contact business owners to sell advertising space in a monthly publication for schools or tourist pamphlets.Negotiate pricing, with adverts costing as low as £350 for small ads.Discuss artwork options and negotiate terms.Use your personality rather than scripts to engage clients.Proactively generate your own leads.Receive full training, including induction, role play, and shadowing.Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a professional sales environment.Proven experience in sales or relationship building, or a willingness to learn.
