Position DetailsThis is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Carlisle.Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum.Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 22:00-06:00.Working environment: Chilled.ResponsibilitiesManage stock accuracy levels within the depot and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries against drivers' paperwork.Ensure the accuracy of loaded trailers before departure.Perform weekly supervision and provide performance feedback to team members based on audit data.Monitor and meet team KPIs.Maintain good communication, both written and verbal.Perform basic tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.RequirementsAbility to add and subtract confidently without a calculator.Ability to respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.Attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy and error reduction.About the Role Retail and Asset Solutions are seeking a Warehouse Team Captain to join our supply chain team on a full-time permanent basis.
