A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Telesales professional to join a local company that is part of a Global Telecoms Giant. You will be responsible for driving forward sales of B2B Mobile Solutions in a given geographical area.Mobiles experience is NOT necessary but you must have current/recent B2B/B2C telesales experience.WHY – Purpose: To sell BT Business’s Products and Services, specifically the new EE Mobile Proposition, to the SME Market in Coventry, Warwickshire, and Northamptonshire. BT/EE aims to be recognized as the No 1 mobile supplier in the Business Market.WITH WHO – Relationships:With KDM within the SME Market (Managing Directors, IT Directors, Sales Directors, and Finance Directors). You must be able to sell to Top Team Decision Makers in organizations from 1 to 100+ employees.With your sales colleagues, including Desk-based Sales, Hybrid-based sales, and Field Sales, as well as a Field Mobile Specialist supporting your efforts.With BT Departments and Key Support Team Members, managing inbound leads confidently and building relationships to develop your sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver £50,000 new Mobile SOV per month.Make 75+ calls per day to capture customer needs, contract status, and reasons for changing.Book 20+ Mobile Meetings per month.Sell fewer than 20 connections independently.Develop skills to deliver team meetings for sub-20 users.Work closely with the Internal Field Mobile Specialist.Maintain prospect contact at least quarterly.Core Values: Exhibit TRUST & HONESTY, RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, ADAPTABILITY, DISCIPLINE at all times.Minimum Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a team, achieving results through virtual teamwork.Key competencies include proactivity, motivation, accountability, relationship-building, communication, professionalism, positive attitude, listening skills, business development ability, and flexibility.Technical skills: Computer literacy.Experience: Minimum 12 months in B2B or B2C telesales.Location: Keresley, EnglandPosition: Business Developer / Sales Development Representative#J-18808-Ljbffr
