Your Tasks You are the first point of contact for our UK-based stakeholders. You support the setup and development of Fruchthansa UK, working closely with our team in Germany. You collaborate with local partners to ensure clear communication and strong relationships. You build long-term partnerships with service providers and ensure smooth operations. You manage and develop customer relationships (CRM) locally. With a hands-on mindset, you ensure the operational flow across the entire supply chain. You help guarantee product quality and freshness through a holistic supply chain perspective. You coordinate international logistics together with our scheduling and purchasing teams in Germany. You advise and support customers with volume planning and operational questions. You represent Fruchthansa at trade shows and in meetings with logistics partners. This is You A background in business, logistics or commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship or studies in procurement, business administration or similar) Experience in supply chain management and/or sales – ideally within the trade or food industry (e.g. as a buyer or sales representative) Strong organizational skills and a solution-driven mindset Fluent and business-proficient in English – good German skills are a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, independent work style and motivation to take ownership Confident handling of MS Office tools Enthusiasm for the colorful world of fruit & veg What you can look forward to Purpose & Security: Work in a future-proof, family-run company with real purpose – promoting healthy nutrition, sustainable supply chains, and digital technologies.
