This role is ideal for a proactive team player with extensive experience in an FCA regulated environment, particularly in compliance or conduct risk. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Head of Group Compliance and Conduct Monitoring and Reporting and the Group Compliance and Conduct Director to ensure effective operation of the function. Assisting in establishing and operating the new Group Compliance Monitoring and Reporting team. Assessing the effectiveness of 1st line compliance programs, conducting targeted risk-based reviews, and producing reports to optimize controls and promote good customer outcomes. Developing monitoring standards and innovative approaches, including data and technology integration. Preparing insightful regulatory compliance and conduct reports for the Group Board Risk Committee and Group Customer and Sustainability Committee. Building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering training on compliance and conduct matters. Supporting Solvency II compliance reviews as needed. Skills and Experience:Experience in Financial Services, especially with Conduct and Compliance teams. Ability to develop methodologies and frameworks. Proven track record in assurance, investigative work, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Willingness to learn about data-driven approaches. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with influencing ability.
