We're looking for aService Performance (MTV) Auditorto join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with TfL standards. What You'll Be Doing:Conduct daily investigations into mileage coding by MTV Analysts and implement corrective actions. Review and improve coding accuracy through detailed analysis of Hyperion reports and collaboration with service delivery teams. Monitor, audit, and report on mileage coding practices-identifying root causes and recurring trends. Lead the development and implementation of an Internal Coding Standard aligned with TfL's compliance framework. Perform a minimum of one official Internal Mileage Audit per period and assess audit risk exposure. Deliver training and support to underperforming MTV Analysts to boost compliance and capability. Oversee service delivery audit trackers in partnership with the Service Quality Auditor. ProfileWhat We're Looking For:Solid experience in auditing and compliance within theLondon Bus market . In-depth knowledge ofmileage codingand its operational impact. Strongdata analysis and report writingskills. Detail-oriented with sharpproblem-solvingcapabilities.
