Job DescriptionAs a Lettings Advisor Apprentice, you will support the lettings team with administrative tasks and manage customer interactions throughout the lettings process, ensuring efficiency for Bromford and its customers. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your industry knowledge and skills. Enrolled in a relevant apprenticeship program, you will earn qualifications in Housing and Property Management while gaining practical experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, develop your skills, and, once trained, serve as a point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external partners to manage lettings applications and assist customers in finding suitable homes. ResponsibilitiesSupport with administrative tasks related to lettings, including preparing and managing tenancy agreements and related paperwork Assist with arranging property viewings and providing information to prospective tenants Maintain accurate records and information Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth lettings process What We're Looking ForEnthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in housing A team player with a positive attitude Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Flexible to meet team and customer needs Honest with strong confidentiality skills No prior experience necessary; full training provided GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (desirable) Willingness to engage in a structured learning and development programme Ability to work with a dedicated mentor Understanding of Bromford's terms and conditions Opportunity to gain Chartered Institute of Housing qualifications Hands-on experience in the lettings sector Support throughout the apprenticeship Potential for career progression within Bromford Closing Date : Sunday 25 May 2025 Final Interview Stage : Monday 16 or Tuesday 17 June 2025 Apply early as the vacancy may close before the deadline.
