Day-to-day responsibilitiesThe Finance Manager will help develop a high-quality finance team for our fast-growing FinTech business, focusing on delivering excellent service to our stakeholders. Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage finance operations, including purchase ledger, international control, and query management. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare financial statements for audits. Handle tax compliance (sales tax, R&D, income, and corporate tax) and ensure deadlines are met. Complete reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Resolve internal and external queries promptly. Maintain financial controls and ledger accuracy. Support strategic planning and finance projects. Build relationships with external advisors and stakeholders. Essential QualificationsProfessional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Proven technical ability Strong attention to detail Ability to reconcile complex accounts Excellent communication and reporting skills Flexible and able to prioritize Customer-focused with departmental commitment Preferred ExperienceExperience with international finance, especially US and Europe, is a plus.
