About the role:As an Insurance Trading Manager, you will contribute to Aviva's ambition to become the number one home and motor insurer in the market. This role involves optimizing pricing and insurance propositions, understanding the market, and strategically growing the business and market share profitably. Skills and experience we’re looking for:Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance market in Home/Motor products & propositions Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to engage, influence, and motivate virtual teams, inspiring high performance Confidence in constructively challenging the status quo, leading change, simplifying, and adapting at pace Ability to source and analyze various information, translating complex analysis into meaningful insight and action, with experience in delivering change to products and propositions Proficiency in analyzing data in Excel and presenting findings in PowerPoint What you’ll get for this role:Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
