We are on a mission!If you join us asSales Support , here is what you need to know:Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonusLocation: Stockton-on-TeesShift pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekendsHours: 40 per weekContract type: PermanentDue to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required*Our Sales Support team are key to our business. You will be the first and often last face our customers see during their buying experience, ensuring they leave with a smile every time.What will my day-to-day look like?Delivering fantastic customer service to meet and exceed customer needs, mainly over the telephone and face-to-faceManaging administration processes such as pre- and post-collection queries and issues, with empathy and efficiencyUsing our CRM system daily to create customer cases and ensure actions are completed until resolvedQualifying customer needs upon arrival, ensuring their queries are directed to the relevant team memberContacting relevant parties internally to process enquiries and complaints correctlyWorking as part of a team to meet customer service (NPS) targets each monthWhat we’d like you to haveA full UK driving licence is essential. We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to delivering excellent customer service, regardless of industry background, including retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles. Strong people skills, communication, and organizational abilities, along with enthusiasm, are key.
