We are looking to recruit a Category Manager in the Impulse/Confectionery team, based either in Watford, Equity, or Eccles offices. Grow own brand business and negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms. Respond to customer feedback and handle queries professionally. Communicate category plans effectively and ensure alignment across teams. Lead the category team, manage performance, and support succession planning. Adhere to the Business Code of Conduct, promoting diversity and inclusion. Operational Skills Needed Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make commercial decisions. Attention to detail, report writing, data interpretation, and record keeping. Market knowledge and flexibility in work approach. Experience Required Extensive experience in FMG and leading a buying team. Proven ability to work autonomously. Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
