Employee BenefitsTronc / Service charge (Food & Beverage Departments only) Complimentary off-peak gym 'spa membership at Fistral Spa / Gaia Spa 20% discount on Fistral Spa & Gaia Spa treatments 25% discount on food & beverage throughout the hotels and restaurants 50% discount on bed & breakfast stays throughout the hotels Friends & Family rates across the group Access to 360 Wellbeing -Access to Wagestream -Length of Service rewards Key AttributesExperience managing high-end hotel housekeeping departments Ability to organize, support, and develop a team Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and current best practices A team player with an eye for detail Ability to work with a diverse team Role & Responsibilities:Manage the department as outlined in the HOD Managers manual Oversee daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning of all rooms, corridors, guest lounges, washrooms, restaurant areas, and all public spaces Ensure periodic deep cleaning of hotel areas Conduct quarterly health 'safety checks to meet legislation Perform monthly and weekly stock counts and reorder supplies as per policy Carry out monthly room audits with support from the Front of House Manager Attend weekly meetings as required Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure guest satisfaction Supervise housekeeping staff daily, including room attendants, public areas, turndown, and laundry teams Purchase, reorder, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory Conduct pre-arrival inspections of rooms Recruit and train new housekeeping staff Maintain the housekeeping budget through resource control Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct Ensure compliance with COSHH and safety standards Maintain all equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements with maintenance Foster good communication and relationships with other departments Understand responsibilities regarding fire procedures, health and safety, COSHH, infection control, and emergency aid#J-18808-Ljbffr
