The post will be based in South Ayrshire. You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality. Evidence of team working skills with ability to work using own initiative. Well developed written and verbal communication skills. Evidence of continuous professional development and mandatory and statutory training Training for this post is supported by Ayrshire Graduate Nurse Development programme (A-GRAND) which forms part of West of Scotland Ayrshire Academy. A blended learning approach of e-learning, competency based and HEI modules will support individuals to develop the skills to be a fully prepared Primary Care staff nurse to work within our Community treatment and Care Service.
