NXTGEN are working with a growing, business in the Services Industry, who are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager to support the Financial Controller and wider leadership team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager looking to step into a role with plenty of variety, exposure, and long-term progression. The Finance Manager will play a key role in the month-end close, regulatory submissions, and cashflow management, while also supporting key reporting cycles and deputising for the Financial Controller when required. The Finance Manager will play a key role in the month-end close, regulatory submissions, and cashflow management, while also supporting key reporting cycles and deputising for the Financial Controller when required.What you'll be doing:Contribute to the ongoing delivery of the IFPR reporting framework, including quarterly returnsApprove purchase invoices and employee expenses, review ledgers and support payroll sign-offMonitor company cashflow and track key expenditure to ensure effective forecastingCompile and submit regulatory returns in line with reporting deadlinesHelp manage the external audit process, liaising with auditors as neededMaintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations and review the P&LSupport the production of year-end financial statements in compliance with IFRSEnsure ongoing compliance with all relevant financial standards and regulationsPrepare and deliver monthly management accounts - including profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflow reporting - with clear variance analysis and insightWhat we're looking for:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)At least 5 years' experience within a finance functionStrong grounding in both financial and management reportingExperience within a regulated financial services environment is highly desirableConfident user of ERP and general ledger systems - NetSuite would be idealExcellent Excel skills and comfortable presenting data in PowerPointDetail-oriented, analytical, and confident in a fast-paced environmentThis role offers the chance to join a progressive business where your work will have real impact, and where flexibility, values, and career growth are front and center.
