We are supporting a national house builder in their recruitment for aPart Time Sales Consultantfor a development in North Devon. Our client may consider applications from candidates with relevant experience and looking for their first role within New Home Sales, as well as experienced New Home Sales Consultants.Responsibilities include:Dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience.Achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g. legal completions, average selling price.Providing expertise in the Company’s house types, specifications, and the buying procedure.Using purchasing incentives effectively to ensure a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit.Promoting Company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions.Maintaining the presentation of Marketing Suite, stock plots and show homes.Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date, and required reports completed.Conducting local market research.Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety on site.Key qualities:High levels of self-management.Exceptional customer service skills 'sales excellence.Computer Literacy – competent with Microsoft Office suite.A positive attitude and approach.Full driving licence and ownership of a car are essential.Willingness to work regular weekends and bank holidays as part of your working week is essential.Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 (pro rata and dependent on prior experience), along with sales commission, mileage, a company pension scheme, life cover, and a company share save scheme.The working week will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one in four weekends, with occasional holiday cover.If this role is of interest, please contactClaire Crossat 07860 303501 orJulie Ellisat 07597 584774.At Maitland Selwyn, we embrace diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
