Why This Job Matters & What You’ll Do:Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) are a key sales channel for BT and a vital segment in our Enterprise division. Our purpose in SME is to be the growth engine for UK small businesses, providing solutions to help their businesses thrive. You will primarily sell to customers via outbound calls, with a mix of inbound calls and email communication. You will work towards performance targets related to new customer sales, upselling, and retention. You will respond to customer inquiries efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with our processes and procedures.
