Visit:for a list of our vacancies.We have multiple permanent and contract vacancies across the UK and overseas.The position of:Recruitment Coordinatorinvolves fulfilling the recruitment needs of the business while coordinating new starter and ongoing employee training.HSB Technical’s client is an established and well-regarded business entity.Duties and Responsibilities:TrainingScheduling and booking training for new starters and current employees to enhance skills.Managing training documentation and updating as required.Ensuring compliance with new starter administration.Overseeing the training budget.Providing monthly updates to management on training reports, application statuses, and progression.RecruitmentEnsuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.Managing CVs, feedback, and communication with hiring managers, candidates, and agencies.Administering video screening and tests.Coordinating face-to-face interviews.Organizing offers, liaising with candidates or agencies, and obtaining sign-offs.Negotiating with hiring managers and staying informed about UK salary trends.Managing advertising through various platforms.Preparing starter contracts and managing candidate tracking systems.Updating management on recruitment and training progress monthly.Performing other delegated tasks as required.Qualifications and Requirements:Driving LicenceProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsUK Passport HolderThis vacancy is advertised by HSB Technical Ltd, acting as the recruitment partner for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
