Job DescriptionWe are looking for a studio and general e-commerce assistant to help with the following tasks: Quality inspection of samples, stock, and trims Liaising with factories to manage sampling processes and production Inventory and stock management Creating and scheduling social media posts Reviewing and replying to customer inquiries Liaising with our warehouse to amend orders as requested by customers Writing and publishing weekly articles on our website Writing and sending weekly promotional emails to customers Updating website content and images as necessary Monitoring paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Communicating and managing collaborations with potential partners Assisting with photo and video shoots (if scheduled) Assisting with pop-up shops (if scheduled) Performing other general duties related to daily operations Time CommitmentWe seek a candidate for 1-2 days a week, with flexible hours. This role is suitable for students or recent graduates. If you are interested but cannot work as many hours, please get in touch; however, a minimum of 1 day per week is required. The role requires working at our office in Hoxton, London. Remote work is not available.
