We'd like you to join us as a Clinical Team Leader - RMN at our service Ivetsey Bank in Stafford. Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. What you'll be working: We're flexible, so you'll work a total of 37.62 hours per week, on a rota basis. What you'll be doing: Providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality, individualised, person-centred standards of care are delivered to all patients. Ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff. Supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes as a key team member. Acting as the lead nurse in assessment, implementation of care, and discharge planning. Taking charge of the clinical area. Developing and maintaining communication with patients' relatives, families, and carers. Adopting a flexible approach to working hours to meet the service needs over a 24-hour period. Working according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. What you'll have: A current NMC Pin registration. A legal right to work in the UK.
