Our Connections team offers a fantastic opportunity for a Connections Assistant in Salford/Preston. Our RoleAs a Connections Assistant, you'll work with the Business Connections Delivery Manager to ensure all Connections Design and Delivery needs meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. Your role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing accurate information, and advising on departmental work. Principal responsibilities include:Producing quality work orders for Delivery Partners according to standards. Preparing Construction and Developer Packs for the Construction Team and customers. Requesting Legal Consents, updating stakeholders, and communicating with customers and partners. Requesting and communicating Meter Point Administration Numbers (MPAN). Liaising with Delivery Partners to ensure timely work scheduling. Monitoring projects to meet customer ‘power on’ dates and maintaining excellent customer service. Ordering plant and materials, raising SAP orders, and requesting invoices. Managing GSoP reporting to ensure 100% compliance. Overseeing the ‘As-Laid Drawings’ process. Seeking opportunities to improve customer service and build relationships. Acting as the main contact for customer enquiries and providing advice. The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship. What We’re Looking ForGCSEs A-C including Maths, English, and Science. NVQ Customer Service Level 3 or equivalent (desirable). Experience in customer service. Understanding of or willingness to learn Connections Guaranteed Standards of Performance. Proficiency in Office 365; SAP knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team, be highly organized, and meet deadlines.
