About the Service - Housing & Homelessness ServicesA safe home is the foundation from which to build a better life. We support those experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. Respond responsively, kindly, and professionally in emergencies and crises. Support residents with complex issues to overcome challenges and develop life skills for independent living. Create a safe environment to help individuals with chaotic lifestyles, educational, or health issues stabilize and reach their goals. You will support residents to achieve positive outcomes in areas such as independent living skills, community engagement, social inclusion, employment pathways, social skills, self-management, quality of life, health and wellbeing, financial management, reduction of offending behaviors, substance misuse management, and tenancy sustainability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
