Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance. You will focus on delivering outstanding service by actively engaging with customers, encouraging feedback, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Your role may also involve supporting store operations across various areas, participating in community events, and adhering to safety and security policies. ResponsibilitiesServe customers with passion and pride, delivering natural, excellent service. Encourage customer feedback through surveys. Assist in all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines. Follow safety procedures and participate in seasonal, community, and charity events. Understand store performance and contribute to profit delivery. Follow company policies, live our values, and create an inclusive atmosphere. Accurately clock in and out, follow security procedures, and wear safety equipment. Serve age-restricted products following the 'think 25' policy. Respond promptly to assistance calls and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Potentially manage store shifts in the absence of senior staff.
