Clark James Recruitment is working with a leading Financial Services business to recruit a Financial Adviser to complement the existing team. This position covers Peterborough and the surrounding areas. No previous experience within Financial Services is required, as our client will provide full training, guidance, and structured support. Previous sales experience is essential. Does your CV demonstrate this? RoleReporting to the Area Manager, the Financial Adviser will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales objectives while providing ongoing quality customer service. This includes advising clients on a range of financial products, either face-to-face or via video call. Service existing customers through regular reviews. Expand existing customer sales through these reviews. Grow the customer base through referrals and direct sales techniques if required. Attend regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues. Complete all documentation required by the Company. Act in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for Company Representatives. Work to a programme agreed with the Area Manager. CandidateNo previous experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided. A background in sales is essential. Confident and ambitious. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A proven sales track record is essential. Ability to liaise at all levels. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. QualificationsNo professional qualifications are required; Financial Services recognized qualifications are desirable. Applicants must demonstrate a proven sales record.
