You will be part of the Information Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team (IGRC), collaborating closely with various business stakeholders across the group.Your responsibilities include supporting the delivery of a group-wide strategy, fostering cultural change, and embedding positive security behaviours. You will help develop and maintain a security skills and capability matrix to ensure the business meets its strategic objectives safely and securely, covering areas such as Information Security, Physical Security, Business Continuity, and Cybersecurity.Additional responsibilities include:Assisting in developing and maintaining training, education, and awareness campaigns, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and Data Protection Act (DPA) commitments.Supporting the delivery of training, education, and awareness programs both virtually and in-person.Managing colleague training and awareness KPI reporting.Providing expertise on security culture and behaviour to various processes across the department and wider business.Collaborating effectively with Drax teams, consultants, and contractors to meet targets.Who we're looking for Ideally, you have experience in a training and education role, with the ability to translate standards, frameworks, and controls into meaningful content. You should have a structured, methodical, and accurate approach, with the ability to interpret relevant industry regulations and standards.
