We seek a dynamic HR Systems and Data Specialist to support and develop our processes and systems across the employee lifecycle, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment passionate about technological optimization for payroll, pensions, and HR services. Main ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of a high-performing, customer-focused shared service through expertise in HR and payroll systems. Provide system administration and user support, including maintenance, upgrades, testing, security, and development of new modules. Support management information services by generating reports within information governance protocols. Handle complex data analysis, managing large data volumes with high integrity. Train system users, provide documentation, and manage queries, acting as the expert in HR systems used by the Shared Service Centre.
