Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying informed on current trends, in-store promotions, and store processes. Drive sales to meet and exceed targets where possible. Utilize in-store devices to showcase the full product range. Offer alternatives and add-on sales opportunities to customers. Replenish stock levels as needed, ensuring the full range is available on the shop floor. Ensure correct pricing of products. Deputize for other staff, work within departments, or perform other duties as required. Represent JD Sports professionally at all times. Conduct work safely and responsibly. Role objectives and KPIs:Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Actively support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals through sales. Ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment to maintain product availability. Skills and Experience:A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
