Customer Contact Specialist UK, Peterborough Vast Visibility specialises in the technology that powers Insurance Price Comparison Websites, working with most of the major UK Price Comparison brands. Our business is run from our conveniently located, city centre office in Peterborough, which is where the role is based. As part of the Howden Group, which is one of the largest insurance broking groups in the world, our business is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Contact Specialists to contact customers who have agreed to receive a telephone call so that we can assist them in their search for insurance cover. Using our state-of-the-art technology, you will be joining our company at the beginning of a new era of price comparison site shopping. You will be making outbound and receiving inbound telephone calls on behalf of major price comparison websites. There is no cold calling – our customers have agreed for us to call them. You don’t need previous experience in this type of role as we will provide you with all the training you need. You just need to be confident and enjoy talking to people.
