Upon joining, there is a comprehensive 12-week training programme, followed by ongoing coaching and development sessions.The Role:The Community Analyst role is the first step in the Harmonic career development programme. It provides a broad introduction to recruitment, focusing on developing business development skills and building a trusted community of candidates within a niche market. Daily and weekly targets will be set during training, so if you thrive in a competitive yet friendly environment, this role is for you.
