Facility Manager RoleThe Facility Manager has overall responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and coordination of all facility services, process equipment, systems, and industrial machinery. Please note, for this position you must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Responsibilities:Own a preventative maintenance program for building systems, equipment, and grounds. Lead and supervise the facilities staff and vendor relationships. Maintain daily operations of facilities and department employees; manage work schedules and delegate work orders. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and determine solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with staff and vendors to resolve issues. Oversee repairs to vehicles, manlifts, and aircraft ground support equipment. Support team in carpentry, electrical work, painting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Ensure vendor compliance with company standards and requests. Manage outsourced landscaping and in-house janitorial services. Perform complex maintenance duties as needed. Respond to emergency facility requests promptly. Assist in soliciting costs for capital budgets. Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions. Participate in workplace health, safety, and Hazmat programs. Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical skills, particularly in HVAC; certification in HVAC preferred. Experience with automotive, aircraft ground support equipment, or industrial maintenance is advantageous. Familiarity with work order management systems. CCOHS training is a plus. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required. Ability to furnish hand and power tools for small maintenance projects. Attention to detail and professional appearance. Experience working with factors like temperature variations, fumes, moving machinery, humidity, noise, and materials causing discomfort. Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
