Candidate RequirementsQualifications: A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council registration). Experience: A minimum of 1 year dialysis experience in a relevant healthcare setting . Skills Required:Strong clinical expertise rooted in evidence-based practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to organise, lead, and manage patient care effectively. Strong mentoring capabilities to support junior team members. High attention to detail for accurate documentation and audit compliance.
