You will work across Adult Social Care and Housing, providing assessments, support planning, safeguarding, and risk management, within a person-centred, strength-based approach.About You The ideal candidate will have:Professional Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Work EnglandExperience working with adults, understanding homelessness and related issuesStrong assessment skills, including risk and mental capacity assessmentsAbility to work effectively across sectors and build partnershipsA DBS check is required.Additional Information You can find the full job description on our website.
