We encourage and welcome applications from minority groups and foster a work environment that’s inclusive as well as diverse, where people can be themselves.About The Senior Student Support Officer (Inclusion) RoleAs a Senior Student Support Officer focusing on inclusion, you'll be at the heart of our mission to help pupils across the academy (including our SEND students and students based in our Success Centre) overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with teaching staff to identify and support pupils needing extra help, developing and implementing personalised action plans.Your role will involve one-on-one mentoring, collaborating with parents and external agencies to address performance and behaviour issues, and managing safeguarding and child protection queries. You'll conduct home visits to foster positive family support, monitor progress, and support the re-integration of excluded pupils.
