You will support warehouse operations by managing recruitment, coordinating training, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring facilities are operational. This role involves working closely with the H&S and Planning Manager, liaising with various departments to ensure the DC remains operationally efficient and compliant with legal standards. Responsibilities:Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and uniform allocation. Manage training programs, inductions, and compliance. Maintain health and safety standards, conduct audits. Oversee facilities like PPE, first-aid supplies, fire testing, yard maintenance. Support operational efficiency with equipment and inspections. Keep training and compliance records up-to-date. Skills and Knowledge:Strong organisational skills across multiple processes. H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred). Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping. Proactive, detail-oriented, problem solver. Experience in delivering or coordinating training advantageous.
