As a Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, including hip and knee arthroplasty and ACL procedures. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a flexible and positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Utilise state-of-the-art theatre technology to deliver the best patient outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development opportunities. Free parking and access to a subsidised staff restaurant. The ideal Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub will have:NMC registration without restrictions. Experience in surgical scrub nursing within orthopaedics. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently. A warm, empathetic, and considerate nature.
