About the roleYou will perform high-standard electrical repairs and refurbishments in residents' homes, focusing on safety, quality, and customer service. Tasks include testing, fault finding, rewiring, installation of circuits and accessories, full rewires, consumer unit replacements, lighting upgrades, and electric shower replacements. The role involves working mainly in occupied properties within Brighton and Hove, either independently or with a small team. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with a diverse range of residents, including vulnerable individuals. We offer a 37-hour workweek plus 5.5 hours of contracted overtime, with opportunities for additional call-out shifts, full induction and training, a dedicated fleet vehicle, and paid annual leave.
