As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that brilliance across the team, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll assist with the day-to-day operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will be high, but your approach will be unique to you. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!It's all about the detail. You'll be involved in driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards.
