About The RoleHours of Work:Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility as appropriate to seasonal work requirements (weekend overtime as required) Location:Cambridge Rate:£14.75, dependent on experience/qualifications Broad Purpose of JobResponsible for maintaining the client's grounds, ensuring areas are always presented to a high standard. Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage an annual grounds maintenance schedule in line with client specifications. Prepare monthly grounds maintenance reports. Carry out grounds work throughout the year, with regular reviews and adjustments to suit seasonal conditions, requirements, and timings. Maintain shrub and flower beds throughout the year. Ensure lawns and designated grass areas are regularly mown, with edges trimmed as required. Maintain trees and hedgerows, including pruning as necessary. Perform snow clearance and salting of pathways and car parks during winter. Collect leaves. Control invasive vegetation through manual and chemical weed treatments, including moss removal.
