Job Advert This role requires you to be a driver. Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our team in Sudbury. As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. Contract options:Relief Shift times: All our services are 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70. JOB ID:33012 *All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
