Responsibilities include: Handyman tasks such as household maintenance, minor repairs, painting, grass cutting, pool maintenance, vehicle and equipment repairs. Property management responsibilities, including supervising staff, interacting with suppliers, performing general repairs, and maintaining the equestrian facility. Driving the tractor for ring maintenance, snow removal, and pasture management. Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in an organized and efficient manner Comfortable around horses and dogs Pride in workmanship and teamwork Willingness to accept and suggest improvements respectfully Previous experience in construction, agriculture, or horse industry is desirable Class G Licence (required) Related experience of 5 years (required) Work Schedule and Compensation: Usually five and a half days per week, with some flexibility Hourly rate: $20.00 to $35.00 Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Location: Tottenham, ON (On-site) Terms of Employment: Full-time Starts as soon as possible#J-18808-Ljbffr
