Key responsibilities: Carpentry Grounds maintenance and handling daily maintenance issues Problem solving Collecting property data from around the building Monitoring areas back of house such as loading bays Monitoring incoming deliveries You will need to be capable of performing various maintenance tasks, with a primary focus on supporting with your carpentry skills. You should understand how to use power tools safely and have practical work experience. A trade qualification or national vocational qualification is required. Since the role involves interacting with guests and staff, effective communication in spoken and written English is essential. Basic computer skills and numeracy are also required. You must be able to follow instructions, prioritize tasks effectively, and complete work to a high standard.
