We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a proven track record in managing internal and external quality concerns, and who enjoys collaborating with functional departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based at our Redruth, UK site, where you will build internal and external relationships that foster a quality mindset for continuous improvement. In this role, you will be required to: Influence and motivate other departments regarding quality objectives through strong communication skills. Have a strong understanding of Aerospace regulatory requirements (CAA/EASA/EMAR Part 21 & Part 145, and AS9100). Hold at least a 4-year college degree in engineering, aerospace, or quality management. Possess a minimum of five (5) years of management experience. Have a solid background in problem solving. The essential requirements of the job include: Driving quality improvements into the value streams. Implementing, monitoring, and improving Quality KPIs through improvement programs using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools. Managing internal and product auditing systems, review of reject management and customer complaint systems. Monitoring the timely and effective implementation of corrective actions and the overall costs of the Quality System. Mentoring and coaching Quality Engineers and team members to meet business objectives. Performing duties as Management Representative and Compliance Monitoring Manager in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements. Participating in and contributing to Pall Redruth Business Objectives and Performance Management Processes. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Aerospace or other highly regulated environments (e.g., Automotive). Certification as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Certification as an ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE). Experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Join our winning team today.
