This opportunity encompasses the chance to run a small business within an established business with huge upside potential.Reports to: President Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop sales team to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals - Build/maintain relationships with key accounts in specialty woods industry - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to optimize strategy - Develop territory plans and sales forecasts - Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability - Train sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques - Implement CRM systems and sales processes -Manage day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency. -Oversee hiring, training, and development of branch staff. -Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective service and support. -Monitor budgeting, expenses, and profitability.Requirements: - 5+ years sales experience in building materials or specialty woods industry - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets - Strong knowledge of hardwoods, veneers, and related products - Experience managing and developing sales teams - Proficient in CRM software and MS Office - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferredSkills: Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
